Digital Britain Interim Report: First Impression

Michael Pincher In the Interim Report on Digital Britain just published by HMG, Collaboration gets one mention, it's in the Glossary - part of the description Web 2.0 technologies - so clearly working together is not critical to economic recovery. I suppose habitual adversarial politics would preclude that as a consideration anyway :-)
