If you have a number of feeds (blogs or other sources) that you want to track and are not using Google Reader you are missing out. A great piece of 'Googlenology'

I'm also a big fan of Google Reader. I also like that it works well on cell phones.

I would take a look at Feedly for Google Reader. It is a Firefox extension. Enhances the reader a great deal. Listen to our podcast we released today on it for a overview.
