Collaboration and the Zero Sum Game

Collaboration on the other hand is a shared experience.

What's evident with the stars of SW19 is that there's a whole team of back-room peeps supporting the talent.

Collaboration works best when roles and responsilities are clearly defined and there aren't two people competing for a place in the sun. e.g. Lennon & McCartney - Brown & Blair.  Viva Nadal's team
