Following up on my Unified Communication (UC) entry, IBM is releasing version 8 of its Sametime UC platform this week, as well as Sametime Entry, which is designed to deliver basic IM and presence capabilities to Outlook users. I hope they've fixed the bug of having users appearing to still be on-line when they're not.
