Guardian makes its API public

GarnerJ
Wow, today the Guardian announced that it has developed an open platform making its API freely available to third party developers who can develop new ways to tap into the Guardian's content.

It's a brave move, but I am sure it's absolutely the right one, and if I had my way and the Guardian's resources, one I would follow on ComputerWeekly.com.

I really like Jeremiah's blog post that just touches on some of the possibilities this sort of approach affords for publishers.
