Government IT conference next week

GarnerJ
This week's news on the Government's NPfIT scheme shows just how much money and how important IT projects are to the Government.

Next week is the Government IT conference run by GovNet, which will be chaired by ComputerWeekly's Tony Collins.

There's some good Government ICT speakers there, so should be a good event.

It'll be an interesting one for Tony as I guess he is hardly a darling of government IT given how many of its projects he has exposed as failures.

However, I'm sure they hold him in high regard for the quality of his investigation and integrity of his work.
