Beeb makes iPlayer portable

GarnerJ
Well the BBC has just made its hugely successful iPlayer portable for downloads.

The BBC has set its sights on conquering the portable world now by making iPlayer downloads available on portable media players (PMPs). (see Gizmodo)

I think this market is going to be huge, although I have never ever tried to watch anything on any of the devices mentioned on Gizmodo as already roadtested by the BBC, so have no idea how user friendly or how good a viewing experience it is!
