pp 32 and 33 in particular are well worth a look at. Entitled Digital Communications, these pages cover the proposed approach to creating a Digital Britain over the next few years. 

Many of the targets set out under the other headings, particularly anything green, could also be achieved with a 21st century communications infrastructure so it will be interesting to see what develops...... And we will be looking forward to the National Broadband Strategy to be published in December.

The Engine of Economic growth in this 21st Century is "Broadband."

The Deployment of a pure Packet-based, all Optical/IP, Multi-Service National Network Infrastructure, can go a far way, to provide future, Sustainable Economic Success for any Nation.
