You either buy IT services or you don't. In 2013, companies that already invest in IT services plan to continue investing. Companies that use few IT services will continue to use fewer services. Some 15% of organisations surveyed by Computer Weekly/Tech Target plan to increase their spending on IT services by 5-10% over the next 12 months, and 12% are planning to increase their spending by more than 10%. But the figures are balanced by almost identical number of companies planning to make equivalent reductions in their budgets.
