Janis Sharp, mother of self-confessed hacker
Gary McKinnon, is trying to organise a sing-in for US president
Barack Obama to protest the US's continuing demand for her son's
extradition to charges related to what US officials have called the
greatest military hack in history.
The protest is timed for when Obama visits London for the G20
meeting at the end of March. Sharp has changed the words to former
Crosby, Stills, Nash and Young member Graham Nash's
"Chicago".
She hopes to have the sing-in televised and broadcast
internationally.
Sharp has also joined social networking community
Twitter. Her first
follower was Trudy Styler, wife of Police frontman Sting the couple
have
lent their support to the campaign against McKinnon's
extradition.
