Legal firm
Osborne Clarke has
outsourced its IT and other business services to Integreon in a
seven-year deal worth £50m.
The deal will also see 75 Osborne Clarke staff transfer to
Integreon. Most of the Osborne Clarke jobs to transfer are in
Bristol, with others in London and Reading.
The Integreon UK onshore
centre used to provide the services will be based in Bristol.
Integreon will provide most of Osborne Clarke's business services,
ranging from IT to business intelligence, from this March.
