EDS has signed a deal with Microsoft to enable it to offer Microsoft DynamicsCRMas an enterprise application to its clients.

The alliance follows the launch of the enterprise-ready Dynamics CRM 4.0 in January this year.

EDS will incorporate Microsoft Dynamics CRM as part of its CRM practice through an expanded alliance with Microsoft that includes joint system development, marketing and sales. It will also develop a new set of industry-specific CRM products in partnership with Microsoft.

EDS said firms would be able to deploy Microsoft Dynamics CRM on company premises or use EDS hosting and business process outsourcing services to support the CRM technology.
