Sony has launched three VAIO notebook computers aimed at
business users. The line-up comprises the
VAIO SR-Series, a 2Kg 15.4 inch model, which gives 5 hours'
battery life, the A4-format
VAIO BZ, and the VAIO Z-Series, which is a 1.5kg notebook which
has a carbon fibre case. The new Vaios are all distinguished by a
cylindrical 'spine' in the build, which allows for a reduction in
screen height and therefore a better user experience for business
travellers, without sacrificing visible screen area.
