IBM has completed its £2.5bn acquisition ofCognosto enhance its business intelligence
Information on Demandstrategy.
To date, IBM has announced 25 strategic acquisitions in support
of its global Information on Demand effort.
The company announced a definitive agreement to acquire Cognos
on 12 November last year, and will outline its business strategy
for Cognos on Friday 6 February.
