Expectations for change are high, and ICT services need to be
extremely quick off the mark to meet them. We need to be able to
mix and match services, in real time, to serve up the right
resources in all the right places, at the right time, in this
dynamic and volatile business environment.
In a
recent IBM survey*, over 60 per cent of CEOs who were questioned
believed that their businesses would undergo radical change in the
next two years. When asked how successful they had been at
implementing change so far, more than 80 per cent thought it had
gone badly.
