Victims of heart attacks could have their recovery
process sped up with the help of Nintendo's Wii console, doctors in

games consoles rather than test tubes - discovered that playing the
Wii can help rewire brain-to-muscle coordination. Unlike most
computer games, players of the Nintendo Wii must mimic the physical

regain coordination.

medical research, it seems that buying a games console is no longer
a frivolous expense it is a moral - or should that be medical -
imperative.
