Tesco’s international operations and IT director
received an earnings rise of more than a 22% to £2.2m this
year.
The increase for Philip Clarke is revealed in Tesco’s annual
report and includes basic pay of £628,000 plus various cash and
share bonus awards.
Clarke, who has spent his entire working life at Tesco, is one
of a handful of IT directors with a seven-figure pay packet.
