Scotland-based recruitment consultancy, Search, has announced it
will 'revolutionise' the North West employment market with the
opening of an office in Manchester next month.
The company, which sources personnel across a range of
industries such as IT, finance and manufacturing, has targeted
Manchester and Crawley as the first of 10 locations in its UK
expansion programme.
According to the agency, its Manchester move will create 100
jobs in the next 12 months while the expansion plan will see Search
triple its size within the next three years.
Chief executive Grahame Caswell believes the company's "total
staffing solutions" recruitment model will prove successful in the
North West. "Clients are increasingly demanding measurable evidence
of candidates' performance, while the candidates themselves are
increasingly demanding far more effective matching with job
opportunities," he says.
"We are responding to this trend by designing a recruitment
business that places individuals rather than fills jobs."
